Hi. I am Julian Laufer, better known as Scooter to most. My father nicknamed me Scooter because I scooted across the floor before I could crawl.

Building homes is a way of life and enjoyment. It is not only a job, but a hobby as well. I love building. My passion for construction might be related to my grandfather. He worked at the local lumberyard, and ever since then, building has been in my blood. I even handwind the same clock as he did when it hung above his desk many years ago.

I have been involved in construction and building quality homes for 22 years. I've gained knowledge and experience through working with contractors and other builders alike. I enjoy designing homes, watching them come to life, and seeing a happy customer make the house I build and design for them into a home.
